All Bond are issued by U.S. Custom and the U.S. Customs Bond have numerous Names, however, the best known name is a U.S. Customs Continuous Import Bond { aka: U.S. Custom Import Bond or Activity Code 1 Bond or US Import Bond or Surety Bonds or Import License or Import License Bond or Consignee Bond or Continuous Bond (CB) or Continuous Transaction Bond (CTB) or Yearly Bond or Annual Bond or Custom Bond (CB) or C.B.P. Continuous Import Bond will Eliminate Single ISF Bond fees & Single Entry Bond fees for Next 365 days, BUT, It takes 5-8 working days (2 weeks) to be approved by us & US Customs (CBP).
$727.00 = $677 one year Continuous Bond + $50 (One-Time fee for Custom Assigned Number (CAN #), 3-4 hours) OR

Within 24 – 48 hours the Customs Border and Protection will issue a Custom Assign Number, this number is a 10 digit number.
However, if Custom requires additional information, then the foreign company would need to provide such information such as Tax I.D. from the country of the foreign company, the Tax I.D. Document needs to be in English format for Custom to review.
Other requests would also include:
- Custom may request a simple financial report from the foreign company;
- A written letter of intent (LOI) from the foreign company on the foreign company’s letterhead with an explanation of why they want to apply for a Custom Assign Number…. And what they will do with the import bond the foreign company acquired.
- Custom may also want to know whom the foreign company is selling to in the US and may requests to contact the US company to verify foreign company’s explanation.
When the Custom Assigned Number is issued by U.S. Custom, within hours we will prepare two forms and e-mail to you, so all you have to do is sign and e-mail or fax us back.
$50 fee for Custom Assign Number + Bond fee Must be wire to our Bank before it could be submit to U.S. Customs
Within 10 working days later you will be receiving a Bond Certificate
